Best Coupon Ever

I just came across the best coupon ever! OK, maybe not to almost everyone in the USA, but anyone who has ever been to Australia or is from Australia (like me) will agree with me. Pepperidge Farm has started importing/making Tim Tam Cookies (better known as biscuits!!!!!). These are my absolute favorite cookie ever. I don’t wait for sales or coupons. I will pay what ever the price is. I love them so much that my family puts them in my Christmas stocking. My Mum used to mail them to me or I would buy them from a catalogue company (you can imagine the price!!!). But thanks to Target I can get my fix anytime. Today I found a coupon for them. Can you hear me screaming??????? Anyway, if you love chocolate and cookies go here, print a coupon, and head to Target to try them. You will not be disappointed.

Coupons for Troops

It’s the end of the month and time to go through my coupons to pull out my expired coupons. What do you do with expired coupons? Do you throw them in the garbage or recycling bin? That’s what I used to do until I discovered an organization that lists military bases that want to be adopted. Military families can use coupons that are up to 6 months passed their expiration date on these bases. Go here to read more about my efforts to send coupons to troops. Later this week, I’ll be posting the amount that I sent to Germany. If you don’t want to adopt a base and you would rather send me your expired coupons, please send me an email and I will give you my address.

It is an Internet Search Engine that pays you for searching through their site. I have eared $80 in Amazon.com gift cards and $10 in paypal deposits since joining in August. There are numerous prizes to choose from – even paypal deposits!  You can sign up by clicking on the link on the top left of this page. I love Swagbucks!

Blizzard Bloghop

Blizzard Bloghop 2010 hosted by Household 6 Diva

This weekend there is a “Blizzaard Bloghop” going on. I’ve never come across this idea before and when I found it I was really excited. Bloggers from all over the world are “getting together” to meet and greet each other online. I am hoping to meet a lot of new bloggers. Head here to learn more about the “Blizzard Bloghop”.

Now, for a little about me. I was born in Australia and I met my husband in Germany. He was in the US Army. Fast forward 23 years….. We now have one daughter (21), 3 dogs and 3 cats. We live in Kentucky and I am an 8th grade math teacher and I love to save money. I am in the midst of planning my daughter’s wedding (I can’t believe how much this is costing us). My goal is for my family to become debt free. That’s why I started this blog – to keep myself more accountable. Come back and visit – and leave me lots of comments.
